psypraxDownloader.sh - Download updates for Psypax 32bit

SYNOPSIS

psypraxDownloader.sh [-v] [-f] [-n] [-u version] [target-directory]

DESCRIPTION

psypraxDownloader.sh downloads updates for Psypax 32bit version. It is a Linux substitute for the official downloader available only for Windows. Download formats before and after V1.0.39.1 are supported.

Note: The publishing of this program is authorized by Psyprax.

OPTIONS

-f

Force download even if file is present in target-directory already.

-n

Do not download files but tell what would be done.

-u version

Download all files necessary for updating existing version. version must be of the form Vnum.num.num.num (eg. V1.0.34.0). This is the Psyprax version already present on the target computer.

-v

Operate verbose.

-h

Output some help text and exit.

If an unknown option such as -. is given, a short usage message is generated.

Download is done to target-directory if this is given or to the current working directory.

RETURN VALUE

The program exits with an error if there is a problem. Exit code 1 means trouble with the parameters. Exit code 2 means trouble during download.

PREREQUISITES

psypraxDownloader.sh requires wget to be installed.
